miRNASNP-v3 provides a comprehensive database and analysis resource for investigating single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and disease-related variations (DRVs) in microRNAs (miRNAs), their effects on pre-miRNA secondary structure, miRNA-target binding, and downstream gene regulation.
