miRNATissueAtlas2 maps small non-coding RNA (sncRNA) expression across human and mouse tissues by aggregating sequencing data from 188 human tissue samples across 21 organ types from six donors and 58 mouse samples from six tissues in the Tabula Muris collection to support organ-specific and evolutionary analyses.
