miRNATissueAtlas2 maps small non-coding RNA (sncRNA) expression across human and mouse tissues by aggregating sequencing data from 188 human tissue samples across 21 organ types from six donors and 58 mouse samples from six tissues in the Tabula Muris collection to support organ-specific and evolutionary analyses.

• Extensive Data Coverage: Includes sequencing data from 188 tissue samples across 21 organ types derived from six humans and 58 samples from six tissues within the Tabula Muris collection for cross-species comparison.
• Minimized Variability: Sampling multiple organs from the same individuals reduces intra-individual variability and enables a high-resolution map of the non-coding transcriptome across organ systems.
• Comprehensive sncRNA Classes: Encompasses data for nine classes of non-coding RNAs, including piwi-interacting RNAs (piRNAs), transfer RNAs (tRNAs), and microRNAs (miRNAs).
