MMRFBiolinks enables integrative analysis of Multiple Myeloma genomic datasets by accessing MMRF CoMMpass and NCI-GDC data to support genomic, survival, and treatment-response analyses.


Key Features:

  • Data integration: Accesses datasets from the MMRF Researcher Gateway (CoMMpass) and the NCI-GDC Data Portal for multiple myeloma genomic analyses.
  • TCGABiolink extension: Implements 13 additional functions extending TCGABiolink, comprising six functions for MMRF-RG data and seven functions for NCI-GDC data.
  • Array-array intensity correlation: Supports array-array intensity correlation analyses for comparative genomic intensity assessment.
  • Survival analysis: Performs Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and generates Kaplan-Meier survival curves.
  • Treatment-response visualization: Produces response-to-treatment plots and Best Overall (BO) response correlation plots incorporating treatments, time, duration, and annotated genetic variants.
  • Integrative genomic analysis: Facilitates integrative analyses to identify genes associated with survival outcomes stratified by treatment regimens.
