mmSIM

mmSIM provides software components for controlling and analyzing structured illumination microscopy (SIM), enabling capture of phase-shifted multi-frame acquisitions and real-time Fourier power spectrum analysis for system alignment and quality control.

  • Integration with MicroManager: Integrates with MicroManager via plugins MMSIMPlugin and MMLiveFFT to support SIM-specific acquisition and analysis.
