MobyWat

MobyWat is a program that analyzes and predicts the hydration structure of molecular surfaces and interfaces, using frames sampled from molecular simulations. It calculates hydration structure and classifies the role of water molecules during ligand binding, utilizing Gromacs, Mopac, and open source packages.
