MOET performs gene set enrichment analysis across multiple ontologies and species to provide biological interpretation of gene and protein datasets using integrated resources from the Rat Genome Database (RGD).

• Integration of Diverse Data Sources: Integrates annotations and data from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), Mouse Genome Informatics (MGI), The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), The Gene Ontology Resource, UniProt-GOA, and RGD.
• Expert Curation: Incorporates in-house expert curation from RGD to augment integrated data.
• Statistical Analysis for Enrichment: Applies a hypergeometric test to identify overrepresented ontology terms and reports nominal and Bonferroni-corrected P-values and odds ratios.
• Output Formats: Produces downloadable lists of enriched terms with and without Bonferroni correction and graphical summaries of P-values and numbers of annotated genes per term.
