Molligen
Molligen provides a database and analysis resources for comparative genomics of bacteria in the class Mollicutes, hosting annotated genomes (including Mycoplasma genitalium, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Ureaplasma urealyticum-parvum, Mycoplasma pulmonis, Mycoplasma penetrans, and Mycoplasma gallisepticum) to enable orthology analysis, sequence-similarity searches, and genome visualization.
