MonkeyCBP
MonkeyCBP performs connectivity-based parcellation of the monkey brain using structural neuroimaging to enable analysis of anatomical connectivity profiles in non-human primate neuroimaging, adapted from the ATPP (A Pipeline for Automatic Tractography-Based Brain Parcellation) framework.
