MosaicExplorerJ stitches 3D tiles from terabyte-scale microscopy datasets organized on a regular two-dimensional grid to reconstruct large lightsheet microscopy volumes of optically cleared samples without prior tile position information or conversion of raw TIFF images into multi-resolution formats.
