Motif3D maps sequence motifs from the PRINTS database onto protein 3D structures to enable spatial analysis of motif positions and support structural and functional interpretation, including rhodopsin-like G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) via mapping onto the bovine rhodopsin structure.
