MPDA analyzes hybridization intensity data from microarray-based pooled DNA experiments using oligonucleotide gene chip technology to estimate allele frequencies, perform association mapping, characterize preferential amplification/hybridization, and detect allelic imbalance and chromosomal aberrations.
