mtDNAprofiler

mtDNAprofiler performs automated analysis and comparison of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) sequences, accepting FASTA input or differences relative to the revised Cambridge Reference Sequence (rCRS), to support forensic, population, and medical genetics research.
