MutaRNA predicts and visualizes mutation-induced structural changes in RNA molecules to assess how single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and single-nucleotide variants (SNVs) alter RNA folding, base-pairing probabilities, and accessibility relevant to post-transcriptional regulation.
