MyelTracer
MyelTracer quantifies the myelin g-ratio (the ratio of inner axonal diameter to total outer diameter including the myelin sheath) from microscopy images to assess myelin sheath thickness and neuronal signal transduction efficiency in the central and peripheral nervous systems.
