mzkit analyzes mass spectrometry raw data to visualize extracted ion chromatograms (XIC), total ion chromatograms (TIC), and mass spectra, and to perform MS-imaging, MS-spectrum tree analysis, molecular networking, formula de-novo search, and de-novo annotation for proteomics and metabolomics research.
