Nayancode Workbench
Free, open-source bioinformatics and cheminformatics in the web browser. Eleven studios: Docking (AutoDock Vina 1.2.7 in WebAssembly, receptor and ligand preparation, virtual screens); Genome (FASTQ QC, minimap2 mapping, samtools, bcftools SNV and indel calling, genome viewer, bundled genomes, CRISPR off-targets); Variant (VCF filtering, signatures, ClinVar/gnomAD/VEP evidence); Expression (RNA-seq differential expression for any design, enrichment); Single-Cell (clustering, UMAP); Microbiome (diversity, UniFrac, PERMANOVA); Chemistry (RDKit descriptors, QSAR); Structure (Mol* viewer, interactions); Phylogenetics (alignment, maximum-likelihood trees); Sequence (primers, cloning, restriction digests, CRISPR guides); Lab (qPCR, IC50, power). Files stay on the user's computer; every result records provenance and methods text.
