ncRPheno provides a curated database of experimentally supported noncoding RNA–disease associations across 11 species to support identification and prioritization of ncRNA biomarkers and disease-related research.

  • Comprehensive Data Integration: Contains 482,751 non-redundant associations between 14,494 ncRNAs and 3,210 disease phenotypes across 11 species (Homo sapiens, Mus musculus, Rattus norvegicus, Macaca mulatta, Sus scrofa, Pan troglodytes, Marmoset, Gallus gallus, Canis familiaris, Zebrafish, and Rabbit) covering ncRNA classes including miRNA, lncRNA, circRNA, snoRNA, and piRNA with literature-supported evidence.
  • Scoring Model for Association Prioritization: Employs a refined scoring model to prioritize ncRNA–disease associations based on evidential metrics.
  • Programmatic Access (APIs): Provides programmatic access through APIs for integration into computational workflows.
  • Case Study Insights: A case study across 22 cancer types identified 821 cancer-associated common ncRNAs.
