• Literature mining: Extracted records from PubMed covering publications from 1975 to 2020, yielding 1,071 articles and 2,293 records.
• Repository contents: Compiles 998 single or combined risk factors associated with the 14 most prevalent neurodegenerative diseases.
• Risk factor classification: Systematically categorizes risk factors into epidemiological (469), genetic (324), and biochemical (153) groups.
• Directional annotation: Distinguishes positive/protective factors (179) from factors with a negative influence on NDDs (880).
• Explainable AI support: Provides structured, curated risk-factor data to support explainable artificial intelligence modeling for diagnostic and preventive strategies.

Extensive literature mining of PubMed (1975–2020) to extract 1,071 articles and 2,293 records, compilation of a repository containing 998 risk factors, and systematic categorization of those factors into epidemiological (469), genetic (324), and biochemical (153) groups with annotation of positive/protective (179) versus negative (880) influences.
