NEPdb

NEPdb curates validated and predicted human neoepitope data, including over 17,000 immunogenic and non-immunogenic entries and predicted HLA-I neoepitopes from 16,745 shared cancer somatic mutations, to support cancer immunotherapy and neoantigen research.
