NEPdb curates validated and predicted human neoepitope data, including over 17,000 immunogenic and non-immunogenic entries and predicted HLA-I neoepitopes from 16,745 shared cancer somatic mutations, to support cancer immunotherapy and neoantigen research.

Key Features:

• Validated neoepitope entries: Contains over 17,000 experimentally validated human immunogenic and non-immunogenic neoepitope entries.
• HLA associations: Each neoepitope entry is annotated with specific human leukocyte antigens (HLAs).
• Predicted HLA-I neoepitopes: Includes predicted HLA-I neoepitopes derived from 16,745 shared cancer somatic mutations using state-of-the-art computational predictors.
• Semi-automatic curation: Entries are curated from published literature using a semi-automatic pipeline.

Methodology:

Content is compiled by curating experimentally validated neoantigen data from published literature with a semi-automatic pipeline and by generating pan-cancer HLA-I neoepitope predictions using in silico prediction methods.
