NeuroMatic provides acquisition, analysis, and simulation of electrophysiological data to support investigation of neuronal dynamics and synaptic function.


Key Features:

  • Data Acquisition: Supports episodic, continuous, and triggered electrophysiological recordings.
  • Data Analysis: Provides spike raster visualization, spontaneous event detection, curve fitting, and stationarity assessment.
  • Simulations: Implements stochastic synaptic transmission models, synaptic short-term plasticity simulations, integrate-and-fire models, and Hodgkin-Huxley-like single-compartment neuron models.
  • Integration with Igor Pro: Operates within Igor Pro to combine acquisition, analysis, and simulation functions and produce publication-quality graphics.
