Newt-VE
Newt-VE visualizes, constructs, and analyzes biological pathways to support systems biology research and interpretation of complex molecular networks.
Key Features:
- Standard Format Compatibility: Supports Systems Biological Graphical Notation (SBGN), Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML), and Simple Interaction Format (SIF) to enable interoperability with existing biological data sets.
- Network Visualization Engine: Built on Cytoscape.js to visualize complex networks and provide customizable visualization and analytical representations.
- Pathway Construction and Editing: Provides functionality for building and editing biological maps and integrating them with other datasets for downstream analysis.

- Systems Biology Pathway Modeling: Visualization and analysis of cellular processes and molecular interaction networks.
- Data Interpretation and Hypothesis Generation: Interpretation of complex experimental datasets to support generation of mechanistic hypotheses.
