Nextstrain

Nextstrain is an open-source tool for real-time interactive visualization of virus sequencing datasets. It allows for phylogeographic analysis and tracking of pathogen evolution, as exemplified by its protocol for analyzing circulating vaccine-derived poliovirus (cVDPV) outbreaks.
