NIBR 2D-PAGE
NIBR 2D-PAGE integrates gel-based proteomics (two-dimensional electrophoresis, 2-D PAGE) datasets across the World-2DPAGE Constellation hosted on the ExPASy server to support protein identification and proteome mapping.

- World-2DPAGE List: Aggregates a comprehensive list of existing 2-D PAGE database servers worldwide.
- World-2DPAGE Portal: Enables simultaneous queries across multiple proteomics databases within the World-2DPAGE Constellation.
- World-2DPAGE Repository: Stores gel-based proteomics data linked to protein identifications published in the literature and is implemented using the Make2D-DB package to produce SWISS-2DPAGE-like databases.
