NuXL

NuXL is a tool for identifying RNA- and DNA-protein interaction sites using chemical crosslinking and mass spectrometry. It is available as a standalone tool, Proteome Discoverer community node, or web application for robust and fast identification of crosslinks at amino acid resolution.
