OntoPaRON
OntoPaRON analyzes care pathways of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) patients within the Ile-de-France ALS network by applying a modular ontology and the OnBaSAM semantic annotation to French clinical texts to extract structured quantitative data for pathway analysis.
