Key Features:

• Treatment Planning System Independence: Operates independently of specific treatment planning systems (TPS), enabling integration across different TPS implementations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adheres to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to protect patient data privacy and security during processing.
• DICOM-RT Input and Anonymization: Accepts Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine for RadioTherapy (DICOM-RT) files and performs automatic anonymization on a cloud-based server.
• Knowledge-Based DVH Estimation: Implements established knowledge-based dose-volume histogram (DVH) estimation methods to generate DVH predictions for organs and targets.
• Automated Objective Feedback: Automatically generates objective comparisons of final plan DVHs to benchmark plan quality.
• Performance and Validation: Validated on 45 volumetric modulated arc therapy prostate plans, achieving <1% bias and 3% error uncertainty at doses greater than 80% of prescription, with processing times of approximately 3.0 seconds per organ and a total workflow time of ~2.5–3 minutes.
