OverCOVID

OverCOVID integrates bioinformatics resources and molecular, phylogenetic, genomic, and interaction data on SARS-CoV-2 to support analyses of viral pathogenesis, target prioritization, and drug repurposing.


Key Features:

  • Integration of Molecular Information: Aggregates tools and molecular data specific to SARS-CoV-2 to enable analyses of viral mechanisms and virus–host interactions.
  • Phylogenetic Characteristics and Genomic Conservation: Provides phylogenetic information and genomic conservation data for tracking SARS-CoV-2 evolution and identifying conserved regions relevant to drug and target selection.
  • Interaction Data: Includes virus–host interaction datasets that describe SARS-CoV-2 interactions with human cellular components implicated in entry, replication, and pathogenesis.
  • Resource Compilation: Compiles databases and computational tools related to SARS-CoV-2, including repositories of genomic and interaction data.
  • Drug Repurposing and Target Prioritization: Integrates diverse datasets to support prioritization of therapeutic targets and identification of candidate drugs for repurposing against SARS-CoV-2.
