oxdbase catalogs biodegradative oxygenases (E.C. Class 1), including monooxygenases and dioxygenases that oxidize substrates using molecular oxygen (O2) with co-substrates FAD, NADH, or NADPH, to support study of oxygenase-mediated metabolism of organic compounds.
