PainOmics 3

PainOmics 3 integrates and visualizes multi-omics datasets on KEGG pathway diagrams to enable comparative pathway-level analysis across transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and region-based data such as ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq.

Key Features:

  • Integrated Visualization Framework: Visualizes multiple omic data types on KEGG pathway diagrams to represent interconnections across molecular layers.
  • Comprehensive Pathway Analysis Workflow: Performs automatic conversion of feature names/identifiers, multi-layered feature matching, pathway enrichment, and supports network analysis.
  • Interactive Data Exploration: Provides interactive heatmaps and trend charts for dynamic exploration of dataset patterns and trends.
  • Support for Diverse Omic Types: Accepts transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and region-based data (ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq).
  • Server-End Capabilities: Implements server-side data analysis to process and visualize large datasets.

Scientific Applications:

  • Cross-layer interaction discovery: Maps and compares molecular changes across omic layers to uncover interactions and pathway-level relationships.
  • Biomarker and therapeutic target identification: Uses pathway enrichment and network analysis to identify candidate biomarkers or therapeutic targets.
  • Multi-omics study interpretation: Enhances interpretation of multi-omics experiments through integrated pathway mapping and interactive visualizations.

Methodology:

Integrates omic datasets by aligning features onto KEGG pathways; performs automatic identifier conversion and multi-layered feature matching, pathway enrichment, and network analysis; and generates interactive heatmaps and trend charts for data exploration.
