PAIVS
PAIVS predicts avian influenza virus (AIV) subtypes from Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data to enable detection and genomic characterization of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) strains, including hemagglutinin H5 and H7 subtypes.
