Panomicon facilitates integrative analysis and visualization of multi-omics datasets with emphasis on mRNA and miRNA interaction networks.


Key Features:

  • Multi-omics integration: Supports analysis of transcriptomics, genomics, proteomics and other omics data types for combined investigation of molecular profiles.
  • Data storage and management: Provides storage and management capabilities for diverse omics datasets to support downstream analyses.
