Pathema provides curated genomic databases and integrated analysis for NIAID Category A–C pathogens to support comparative genomics and research on six priority organisms: Bacillus anthracis, Clostridium botulinum, Burkholderia mallei, Burkholderia pseudomallei, Clostridium perfringens, and Entamoeba histolytica.
