PatternQuery

PatternQuery detects, extracts, and analyzes well-defined biomacromolecular patterns, including binding sites, catalytic sites, and specific protein or nucleic acid sequences, from structural datasets such as the Protein Data Bank (PDB) to support studies of molecular function and interactions.
