PBIL provides access to EMBL, GenBank, SWISS-PROT, and PIR and integrates ACNUC-based querying with similarity searches, multiple sequence alignment, protein structure prediction, and multivariate statistical analyses for retrieval and analysis of nucleotide and protein sequences.
