PCDDB
PCDDB archives circular dichroism (CD) and synchrotron radiation CD (SRCD) spectral data together with associated experimental metadata to provide validated, curated datasets for analysis of protein structure and dynamics.

- Data validation and curation: Each entry undergoes validation and curation to ensure completeness, consistency, and quality of spectral information.
- Spectral data formats: Spectral data are provided as graphical displays and as downloadable text files.
