PDB-BLAST
PDB-BLAST performs sequence-based identification of protein structural homologs by searching a query protein sequence against the Protein Data Bank (PDB) using the Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST) and aligning sequence hits to their corresponding 3D structures.
