PDXNet Portal provides centralized access to patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models, associated sequencing files, and treatment response data to support computational oncology research.

Key Features:

• Aggregated resources: Consolidates PDX models, sequencing files, and treatment response data in a single repository.
• Model repository: Hosts 334 new PDX models spanning 33 cancer types with tissue samples registered in the NCI Patient-Derived Model Repository (PDMR).
• Sequencing data holdings: Contains 2,822 sequencing files derived from 873 samples across 307 patients, stored on the Cancer Genomics Cloud powered by Seven Bridges and the NCI Cancer Data Service with access governed by dbGaP permissions.
• Standardized analysis workflows: Provides 15 standardized, validated analysis workflows for whole-exome and RNA-Seq data to ensure consistent data processing.
• Treatment response datasets: Includes treatment response information linked to PDX models for preclinical response analyses.
