Pellaeon
Pellaeon adds a natural-language chat interface to UCSF ChimeraX for molecular structure visualization and analysis. It translates requests into visible ChimeraX commands using local or cloud language models. Users can inspect residues, compare conformations and contacts, map residue-level annotations or tables onto structures, and export figures with replayable command scripts. A companion edition supports UCSF Chimera 1.x.
