PepScore

PepScore is a logistic regression model developed to predict the stability of noncanonical open reading frames (ORFs) in eukaryotes, utilizing ORF features like length, encoded domain, and conservation. The tool identifies and annotates translated ORFs and predicts peptide stability based on ribosome profiling data.
