PGCGAP performs prokaryotic genomic and comparative genomic analyses, including genome assembly, gene prediction, functional and COG annotation, pan-genome and orthologous gene group inference, genomic distance estimation, phylogenetic analysis, variant calling, and screening for antimicrobial resistance and virulence genes.
