pgltools
The article describes the development of pgltools, a software tool suite for working with paired-genomic-loci data resulting from genomic interaction studies using next-generation sequencing. The authors present the paired-genomic-loci (PGL) file format and the pgltools analysis tool suite, which includes a cross-platform python package available as both a UNIX package and a python module.
