PhaeoEpiView provides an epigenome browser for Phaeodactylum tricornutum that integrates telomere-to-telomere genome assemblies, lifted Phatr3 gene models, DNA methylation, histone post-translational modification data, and transposable element annotations to support epigenomic analyses.
