PlaToLoCo

PlaToLoCo integrates predictions of low complexity regions (LCRs) from five computational algorithms and annotates their amino acid composition, domain associations, transmembrane segments, and co-occurrence with intrinsically disordered regions to support studies of protein function, evolution, and disease.
