• Expanded coverage: Two clade-specific instances (Dicots 4.0 and Monocots 4.0) increase species representation from 37 to 71, including crop species such as wheat and oil palm and species of evolutionary interest like spruce and Marchantia.
• Structural and functional gene annotations: Extensive structural and functional annotations are provided for each genome.
• Gene family delineation and phylogenetic trees: Gene family data and phylogenetic trees are available for evolutionary analyses.
• Gene colinearity: Detailed gene colinearity information supports synteny and conserved gene order investigations.
• Analytical tools and visualizations: Updated and newly implemented analytical tools and visualization options support complex genomic analyses.
