PLCOjs

PLCOjs provides programmatic access to and visualization of genome-wide association study (GWAS) data from the Prostate, Lung, Colorectal, and Ovarian (PLCO) Cancer Genetic Atlas to enable genetic association and integrative genomic analyses across a cohort of 110,000 participants.

Key Features:

• FAIR Data Principles: Implements Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reusability principles for GWAS data from the PLCO Cancer Genetic Atlas.
• Web-Based API: Uses a public stateless HTTP API backend that supports the web application and third-party analytical workflows.
• Modular SDK Design: Provides a modular JavaScript SDK that can inject targeted code into web applications, Observable reactive notebooks, and Node-based web services.
• Visualization Support: Exposes API-aligned reference graphic visualizations and additional visualization methods available in the GWAS Explorer.
