pMLST-SSI

pMLST is a tool developed by the Center for Genomic Epidemiology for plasmid Multi-Locus Sequence Typing, used to classify IncF plasmids based on sequence comparisons against a database to create plasmid sequence types. It aims to improve the accuracy of plasmid typing, particularly in cases with multiple variants.
