pmTR

pmTR provides population-specific germline allelic data for human T-cell receptor loci to enable analysis of allelic frequencies and genetic diversity across the TRA, TRB, TRG, and TRD loci.

  • Population-Specific Data: Alleles compiled from approximately 2,500 individuals representing 26 ethnicities across five major superpopulations, enabling population-resolved allele frequency analyses.
  • Comprehensive Allelic Inventory: Includes 205 TRAV, 249 TRBV, 16 TRGV, and 5 TRDV germline alleles, each supported by at least four haplotypes.
  • African Diversity: Reports the highest germline allelic diversity in African populations relative to non-African groups.
  • Asian-Specific Alleles: Identifies a significant subset of TR alleles that are specific to Asian populations.
  • Integration with IMGT: Provides population-specific annotations that complement alleles catalogued in the IMGT database.
