PolygenicPathways analyzes interactions among genes, environmental risk factors, autoantibodies, and pathogens (including herpes simplex virus, Helicobacter pylori, and HIV-1/AIDS) in polygenic diseases and maps susceptibility genes to KEGG pathways to characterize host–pathogen interactions.
