PooledScreenAudit
PooledScreenAudit is a Python command-line tool for auditing control-associated prediction in pooled variant-effect screens. It accepts prepared variant–condition and residue-level matrices and provides matched predictive comparisons, control adjustment, direction-level attribution, rank-aware representation geometry, size-matched partition references and equal-feature predictability scoring. Results include split-level tables, execution reports and checksums.
