Portable-CELLxGENE extends CELLxGENE-Gateway to enable independent single-cell transcriptomic data analysis through standalone executables.

• Standalone distribution: Portable-CELLxGENE provides standalone executables that eliminate the need for server-side installation and command-line execution of CELLxGENE.
• Multi-dataset analysis: The tool contains an extension of the CELLxGENE-Gateway Python package to allow the analysis of multiple datasets.
